Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Havana Beauty. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened cosmetic products.

  • Certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at Support@havanabeauty.store with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

  • A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Final sale items
