To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened cosmetic products.

Certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at Support@havanabeauty.store with the following:

A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
