Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

Havana Beauty currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid U.S. address when placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). This processing window allows us to pick, pack, and prepare your cosmetics order for shipment. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer reliable shipping through major carriers and provide free standard shipping on orders over $50:

  • Free Standard Shipping (Orders $50+): Orders that subtotal $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. We will choose the most efficient carrier – USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express – to deliver your package at no charge. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location (within the U.S.). All standard shipments include tracking information for your convenience.

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $50): For orders under $50, a shipping fee will apply. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the shipping charge before confirming your order. We use USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express for these deliveries as well, selecting the best option to ensure timely arrival. Tracking is included with all shipments, so you can monitor your order’s progress.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options (such as DHL Express or FedEx expedited services) for an additional charge. Expedited orders will be prioritized and usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the service selected. The available expedited methods and costs will be shown at checkout.

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our carriers may have restrictions delivering to those locations.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track the shipment through the carrier’s website. All Havana Beauty shipments include tracking, so you can stay updated on the delivery status at every step. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to become active after you receive the email. If you do not see a shipping confirmation within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service for assistance.

Delivery Times & Delays

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipments generally arrive within a week, while expedited shipments arrive faster (1–3 business days). However, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control. Peak seasons (such as major holidays or sales events) and weather-related disruptions can lead to unexpected delays in transit. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive during busy holiday periods or in case of severe weather. Havana Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier due to weather, high seasonal volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package has left our warehouse, it is in the care of the postal carrier, and any delays on their part are outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of widespread delays affecting your delivery.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Customer Address Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Havana Beauty ships to the exact address provided by the customer. We cannot be liable for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately – we will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Missing Packages: All shipments include tracking, which provides delivery updates. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, first check with household members and neighbors or look in any secure locations around your address. In rare cases, carriers might mark a package as delivered 1–2 days before actual delivery. If the package truly appears to be lost in transit or misdelivered, please reach out to the carrier directly with the tracking number for assistance. While we will help you by providing any necessary information, Havana Beauty is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

Additional Information

Tracking Updates: Please note that tracking scans are managed by the carrier. Occasionally there may be a delay in tracking updates – for example, a package in transit may not scan at every stop. We ask for your patience and recommend allowing 24–48 hours between tracking updates. If you have concerns about a lack of movement on your shipment, feel free to contact our support team, and we can help investigate.

Delivery During Peak Periods: During high-volume periods (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the Christmas season), our order processing may reach the upper end of the 1–3 business day window due to increased demand. Carriers may also experience heavier loads, which can extend transit times. We advise ordering early during these seasons and allowing some extra transit time for your package to arrive.

Holidays: Keep in mind that neither our warehouse nor the shipping carriers operate on major U.S. holidays. Orders placed or in transit during holidays will resume processing and movement on the next business day.
