Pricing: All prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added at checkout. We may change product prices from time to time. Such price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed, except in cases of obvious error in pricing. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it (with a full refund of any amounts charged).

Orders and Payment Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In the event that your payment method is declined or an account issue arises, we may cancel your order. Shipping and Delivery
Havana Beauty currently ships products only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy (please refer to our Shipping Policy page for details on methods, costs, and estimated delivery times). Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to carrier issues, customs delays, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking or reshipping as appropriate, but note that our liability in such cases is limited as described under "Limitation of Liability" below.
Title and risk of loss for products you order pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments, though we will help support such claims if needed.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under certain conditions. Please read our return policy carefully:

Eligibility of Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packagingbeautyeveryday.com. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with. The product seal (if applicable) must be intact. Returns that are not pre-authorized or that fall outside the 30-day period may not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-damaged merchandise, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds for Damaged Items: If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within a reasonable time (typically within 7 days of delivery) and provide evidence of the damage (photographs may be required). For items confirmed to be damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will offer either a replacement (reshipment) or a full refund of the purchase price for that item, at our discretionbeautyeveryday.com. Exchanges or Store Credit: For eligible returns of unopened, unused products that are not due to damage or error on our part, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, you may choose either an exchange for a different item (of equal value) or a store credit in the amount of the original product purchase price. For example, if you simply change your mind or are unsatisfied with a product, as long as it is unopened and within the return window, we will offer an exchange or a credit that you can use on a future purchase. Store credits, once issued, will be recorded in your account or provided via a code.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable by their nature. For instance, gift cards, promotional items, or clearance sale items are typically ineligible for return. If an item is marked "Final Sale" or otherwise noted on the product page, then it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return of Bundles or Sets: If you purchased a product as part of a bundle or set, all items in the bundle must be returned together to be eligible for a refund or credit. Partial returns of bundle components are not permitted.

Process Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or store credit promptly. If an exchange item is not available (e.g., out of stock), we will issue a store credit or refund at our discretion. Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Original Shipping Fees: As noted, the original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a shipping error or damage that was our fault)beautyeveryday.com. If you received free shipping on your order and you return an item that brings your order total below the free-shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund or credit (in cases where a refund is applicable).
